This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of acquiring and closing new business within assigned geographic territories and/or states.
• Engage with C-level executives, VPs, and field-based personnel, tailoring strategies to fit each persona.
• Work alongside sales leadership and supporting teams to develop acquisition strategies and manage the sales pipeline.
• Appropriately apply the “zippered” sales methodology.
• Actively prospect and strategically follow up with potential new clients.
• Establish relationships with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, trade shows, industry events, and conferences.
• Design and implement outreach micro-strategies for engaging prospects.
• Organize and monitor prospect touchpoint schedules.
• Lead both in-person and virtual product demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts in line with company protocols.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize deals.
• Generate outbound email communications using CRM software and assess their effectiveness.
• Achieve revenue growth that meets or surpasses quarterly targets and forecasts.
• Utilize cross-functional internal resources to successfully close business deals.
• Comprehend and convey the product's value to prospective clients.
• Travel frequently for prospecting, networking, sales activities, and on-site customer meetings.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market developments through associations, webinars, and events.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in selling enterprise software to the construction or related industries, with a proven track record in Enterprise SaaS sales.
• At least 7 years’ experience in managing all facets of the sales cycle, concentrating on prospect relationships, contract negotiations, and closing deals.
• Over 7 years’ experience in conducting targeted searches and queries to research, qualify, and convert sales leads.
• Extensive experience engaging with and selling to C-level executives, VPs, and field employees.
• Strong background in quota-carrying roles demonstrating consistent revenue growth that meets or exceeds quarterly business goals.
• Significant experience in frequent travel for prospecting, networking, and selling, up to 70% of the time.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related business field is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and HubSpot is strongly preferred.
• Experience in leading both virtual and in-person product demonstrations via platforms like WebEx, Zoom, etc.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills, particularly in negotiation, public speaking, and presentations.
• An understanding of prospective customers’ needs within a complex buying organization.
• Strong negotiation capabilities; knows when and how to ask for the order.
• Detail-oriented and capable of meeting deadlines.

• Travel is necessary, up to 70% within the Atlanta metropolitan area.
