This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of acquiring and closing new business within designated geographic territories and/or states.
• Engage with C-level executives, VPs, and field-based employees, tailoring strategies to each persona.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and support teams on strategies for acquisition and pipeline development.
• Appropriately implement the “zippered” sales technique.
• Identify potential new customers and strategically follow up on touchpoints.
• Establish relationships with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, tradeshows, industry events, and conferences.
• Develop and execute targeted outreach micro-strategies for prospects.
• Organize and monitor prospect touchpoint cadences.
• Conduct both in-person and virtual product demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts in accordance with Tenna's procedures.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize deals.
• Utilize CRM software to create outbound email communications and analyze their effectiveness.
• Achieve revenue growth that meets or surpasses quarterly targets and forecasts.
• Leverage cross-functional internal resources to secure new business.
• Implement Tenna’s strategic selling methodology.
• Comprehend the product and prospective customer needs, articulating the product's value clearly.
• Travel frequently for prospecting, networking, selling, and conducting onsite customer meetings.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market changes through associations, webinars, and events.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience selling enterprise software to the construction industry or related fields.
• Proven track record of success in Enterprise SaaS sales.
• At least 7 years of experience managing all aspects of the sales cycle, focusing on prospect relationships, contract negotiation, and closing.
• More than 7 years of experience conducting targeted searches and queries to research, qualify, and convert viable sales leads.
• Significant experience in engaging with and selling to C-level executives, VPs, and field-based employees.
• Extensive experience in quota-carrying roles, consistently driving revenue growth that meets or exceeds quarterly business plans and forecasts.
• Proven ability to travel frequently for prospecting, networking, and selling, with travel up to 70%.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related business field is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot is strongly preferred.
• Experience leading virtual and in-person product demonstrations using platforms such as WebEx, Zoom, or similar tools.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills, particularly in negotiations, public speaking, and presentations.
• Understanding of the needs of prospective customers within complex buying organizations.
• Strong negotiation abilities.
