This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership of acquiring and closing new business within designated geographic territories and/or states.
• Engage with C-level executives, VPs, and field-based employees, tailoring strategies to suit each persona.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and support teams on acquisition strategies and pipeline management.
• Identify potential customers and strategically follow up on engagement points.
• Develop relationships with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, tradeshows, industry events, and conferences.
• Design and implement outreach micro-strategies for potential clients.
• Organize and monitor the cadence of prospect touchpoints.
• Conduct both in-person and virtual product demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts in accordance with company protocols.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize deals.
• Generate outbound email communications using CRM software and assess their effectiveness.
• Achieve revenue growth that meets or surpasses quarterly business plans and forecasts.
• Utilize cross-functional internal resources to secure new business opportunities.
• Clearly convey product value to prospective clients.
• Travel to prospective customer locations for networking, relationship-building, and advancing sales efforts.
• Remain informed about industry trends and market changes through associations, webinars, and events.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in selling enterprise software within the construction or related industries.
• Proven track record in Enterprise SaaS sales.
• At least 7 years’ experience managing all stages of the sales cycle, which includes building prospect relationships, contract negotiations, and closing sales.
• Over 7 years’ experience performing targeted searches and queries to research, qualify, and convert sales leads.
• Experience engaging with and presenting to C-level executives, VPs, and field-based employees.
• Background in quota-carrying roles that consistently achieve or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% as a strategic approach to prospecting, networking, and selling.
• Experience leading virtual and in-person product demonstrations using platforms such as WebEx and Zoom.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills, especially in negotiations, public speaking, and presentations.
• Understanding of prospective customers’ needs within a complex purchasing organization.
• Strong negotiation abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under deadlines.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or another business-related field is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot is strongly preferred.
