This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
⢠Take charge of acquiring and finalizing new business in designated geographic territories and/or states.
⢠Engage with C-level executives, VPs, and field-based personnel, modifying strategies based on persona.
⢠Work in partnership with sales leadership and associated sales teams to develop acquisition strategies and manage the pipeline.
⢠Identify new customers and nurture relationships through phone calls, emails, trade shows, industry events, and conferences.
⢠Develop and implement targeted outreach micro-strategies while tracking prospect interactions.
⢠Conduct both in-person and virtual product demonstrations.
⢠Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts.
⢠Negotiate contracts and secure deals.
⢠Generate outbound email communications using CRM software and evaluate outcomes.
⢠Achieve revenue growth that meets or exceeds quarterly objectives and forecasts.
⢠Utilize cross-functional resources to secure new business.
⢠Effectively communicate product value to potential customers.
⢠Travel to meet with potential customers on-site and progress the sales process.
⢠Keep track of industry trends and market changes through associations, webinars, and events.
⢠3+ years of experience in selling enterprise software to the construction or similar sectors.
⢠Proven track record in Enterprise SaaS sales.
⢠7+ years of experience managing all aspects of the sales cycle, particularly in cultivating prospect relationships, contract negotiation, and closing.
⢠7+ years of experience conducting targeted research and queries to qualify and convert sales leads.
⢠Experience engaging with and presenting to C-level executives, VPs, and field-based employees.
⢠Background in quota-carrying positions that consistently deliver revenue growth, meeting or exceeding quarterly objectives and forecasts.
⢠Willingness to travel frequently for prospecting, networking, and sales, up to 70% of the time.
⢠Experience leading virtual and in-person product demonstrations using platforms like WebEx, Zoom, or similar tools.
⢠Exceptional verbal communication skills, particularly in negotiations, public speaking, and presentations.
⢠Insight into the needs of prospective customers within complex buying organizations.
⢠Strong negotiation capabilities.
⢠Ability to work under deadlines and attention to detail.
⢠A Bachelorās Degree in Marketing, Communications, or another business-related field is highly preferred.
⢠Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot is strongly preferred.
