This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Take ownership of acquiring and closing new business in designated geographic territories and/or states.
• Engage with C-level executives, VPs, and field employees, tailoring strategies to suit each persona.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and support teams on acquisition strategies and pipeline management.
• Identify potential new customers and strategically follow up on engagement points.
• Develop relationships through phone conversations, emails, tradeshows, industry events, and conferences.
• Design and implement outreach micro-strategies for potential prospects.
• Organize and monitor prospect engagement cadence.
• Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts in line with company protocols.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize deals.
• Generate outbound email communications through CRM software and assess their effectiveness.
• Achieve revenue growth that meets or surpasses quarterly targets and forecasts.
• Utilize cross-functional resources to secure new business.
• Clearly convey product value to potential customers.
• Travel to meet prospective clients onsite for networking, prospecting, and advancing sales efforts.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and market changes through associations, webinars, and events.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in selling enterprise software to the construction or related industries.
• Proven track record in Enterprise SaaS sales.
• Over 7 years’ experience managing all phases of the sales cycle, including relationship development, contract negotiation, and closing.
• More than 7 years’ experience executing targeted searches and queries to research, qualify, and convert sales leads.
• Strong background in engaging with C-level executives, VPs, and field employees.
• Significant experience in quota-carrying roles demonstrating consistent revenue growth aligned with quarterly business objectives.
• Proven ability to travel frequently for prospecting, networking, and sales, up to 70% of the time.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related business field is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot is strongly preferred.
• Experience in leading virtual and in-person product presentations via platforms like WebEx and Zoom.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills, especially in negotiations, public speaking, and presentations.
• Insight into the needs of prospective customers within complex purchasing organizations.
• Strong negotiation capabilities and a knack for closing deals.
• Ability to work under deadlines and with a keen attention to detail.

• Travel is required, up to 70% within East North Carolina.
