This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive growth through white-space selling, acquisition of new accounts, targeted competitive conversions, and the expansion of existing accounts within the designated region.
• Lead, mentor, develop, recruit, onboard, and retain a high-performing regional sales team.
• Establish performance expectations, activity standards, pipeline requirements, and accountability routines.
• Conduct field co-travels, coaching sessions, performance reviews, and developmental discussions.
• Foster a performance-driven regional culture centered on urgency, accountability, activity discipline, and measurable growth.
• Formulate and implement regional territory activation plans and strategies for growth.
• Assess market potential, account opportunities, competitive share, pipeline health, and territory performance.
• Drive efforts in prospecting, cold-calling, account targeting, follow-up routines, and conversion strategies.
• Review CRM activity, pipeline quality, sales funnel movement, win/loss trends, and KPI performance.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, education, product, customer service, merchandising, distribution, and other internal teams.
• Create regional clinical education strategies and support regional events, customer programs, and KOL engagement.
• Cultivate relationships with target customers, key practices, and regional opinion leaders.
• Engage in high-value customer opportunities, competitive displacement, and new account conversions.
• Facilitate business reviews and customer meetings.
• Eliminate barriers to field execution and address customer or operational challenges.
• Oversee regional communications, approvals, reporting, administrative tasks, and expense budgets.
• Maintain discipline in CRM usage, forecasting, pipeline reporting, and KPI tracking.
• Prepare and present business updates, sales presentations, and performance discussions.
• Address customer complaints and field escalations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned or necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of relevant work experience, or a master’s degree plus 4 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales management or frontline sales leadership experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in leading sales teams to meet growth targets, activity expectations, pipeline creation, and revenue performance.
• Experience in white-space selling, new market development, competitive conversions, or high-activity prospecting environments is preferred.
• Background in dental, healthcare, medical device, or related B2B sales is preferred.
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts, coach performance, and make sound business decisions in a dynamic field environment.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50% or more.
• Resides within the assigned area, possessing strong knowledge of local market dynamics, customer segments, and competitive landscape.
• Strong capabilities in frontline leadership, coaching, mentoring, recruiting, and performance management.
• Track record of fostering a hunter-oriented sales culture and reinforcing behaviors related to prospecting, cold calling, pipeline discipline, and competitive conversions.
• Strong KPI orientation and ability to hold teams accountable for measurable results.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently while aligning with sales leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Skilled in building effective customer relationships and managing escalations professionally.
• Proficient in writing reports, business correspondence, territory plans, and performance updates.
• Capable of presenting information and responding to inquiries from managers, clients, customers, distributor partners, and the general public.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle for up to 8 hours per day.
• Must be eligible to work in the country where the position is located.
