This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.
• Propel sales growth, enhance profit performance, and expand market share within Henkel Consumer Brands’ Northeast Grocery Territory.
• Spearhead the commercial development and execution of business strategies for the Northeast Region.
• Cultivate key customer relationships while collaborating with brokers and cross-functional teams.
• Take ownership of regional sales, volume, profit, and market share goals.
• Achieve annual revenue objectives while effectively managing trade investments and overall profitability.
• Formulate and implement strategic business plans for sustainable growth in the territory.
• Foster relationships with grocery retailers, distributors, and key decision-makers in the Northeast Region.
• Create customer-specific strategies to drive category growth.
• Oversee business reviews, negotiations, and promotional planning with clients.
• Lead broker partners and field sales teams to ensure effective retail execution.
• Execute merchandising programs, distribution initiatives, and promotional activities.
• Assess in-store performance and identify execution opportunities.
• Utilize Circana (IRI), Nielsen, and customer analytics to uncover trends and growth prospects.
• Analyze category, shopper, and competitive data to enhance assortment, pricing, placement, and promotions.
• Generate recommendations to boost distribution and sales growth.
• Collaborate with Category Management, Supply Chain, Sales Finance, and Customer Strategy teams.
• Assist in product launches, forecasting, and promotional planning.
• Align customer needs with organizational priorities.
• Proven experience or capability in regional business management, sales growth, profit performance, market share expansion, customer relationship management, broker/field execution leadership, and data-driven business planning is essential for this role.
• Proficiency in managing trade investments and overall business profitability.
• Competence in developing and executing strategic business plans.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with grocery retailers, distributors, and key decision-makers.
• Skills to lead business reviews, negotiations, and promotional planning efforts.
• Capacity to guide and influence broker partners and field sales resources.
• Experience with syndicated data sources, such as Circana (IRI), Nielsen, and customer analytics.
• Ability to analyze category, shopper, and competitive data effectively.
• Capability to collaborate with Category Management, Supply Chain, Sales Finance, and Customer Strategy teams.
