This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Facilitate structured conversations with current and past clients regarding birthdays, anniversaries, milestones, and regular check-ins.
• Identify client needs and direct them to the relevant internal team or trusted referral partner.
• Head and manage the firm’s client referral program, which includes outreach, follow-ups, and tracking.
• Act as the principal relationship manager for all Team 100 referral partners.
• Conduct introductory calls and maintain ongoing relationship-building discussions with referral partners.
• Accurately document inbound and outbound referrals in the CRM, including essential details, outcomes, and follow-up requirements.
• Prepare and share quarterly updates in the Partner Newsletter.
• Develop and sustain dashboards that monitor referral activity, partner engagement, and trends.
• Provide monthly and quarterly reports on referral performance and partner involvement.
• Collaborate across the firm to aid immigrants in securing their futures in the United States through asylum.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients, professionals, or partner networks.
• A warm and confident communicator who is at ease with outbound calls.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Comfortable with using or learning CRM systems (HubSpot is preferred).
• Capability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Experience in immigration services, legal services, client success, or partnership management is preferred.
• Familiarity with referral systems or professional networking is preferred.
• Background in working with diverse and multicultural communities is preferred.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets, is preferred.
