Recruitment Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and oversee a team of recruiters to ensure they meet KPIs and fulfill recruitment objectives.

• Coordinate and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle to deliver timely, high-quality results to third-party clients.

• Collaborate directly with clients to comprehend their hiring requirements and offer customized, consultative recruitment solutions.

• Track team performance, provide constructive feedback, and apply data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.

• Keep abreast of global industry trends to enhance sourcing and headhunting methodologies.

• Juggle multiple client accounts concurrently and effectively allocate resources to priority roles.

⛳️ Requirements

• C1 English proficiency is essential; communication must be conducted exclusively in English throughout the shift.

• Applicants must submit their resume and an audio recording in English.

• A full-time commitment to a single role is required; no secondary employment is permitted.

• Significant experience in a leadership or senior recruitment position, preferably in a headhunting or agency environment.

• Comprehensive understanding of the entire recruitment lifecycle and contemporary headhunting practices.

• Exceptional communication abilities for managing both internal team dynamics and external client engagements.

• Capacity to analyze team performance and adjust strategies to tackle intricate hiring challenges.

• Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS systems, and AI-enhanced sourcing technologies.

• Advanced experience in navigating and auditing Applicant Tracking Systems.

• Expert knowledge of Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace (Sheets/Drive).

• Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and specialized global job boards.

• Experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition is required.

• Must provide a publicly accessible 30–90 second audio or video recording in English.

• A screenshot of an internet speed test result must be uploaded.
