Recruitment Screener

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Evaluating candidate applications: Analyze CVs sourced from job boards, measuring qualifications and experience against the specified job requirements.

• Candidate screening: Confirm that applicants possess the relevant skills and experience suited for industry or education roles based on current job openings.

• Shortlisting top candidates: Recognize outstanding talent and forward only the most qualified candidates to the hiring teams.

• Communication and reporting: Ensure effective communication with recruitment teams and provide consistent updates on candidate status.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, capable of screening for a variety of roles.

• Knowledge of CV evaluation processes, particularly for engineering and technical positions.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and candidate screening.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to swiftly evaluate candidate qualifications.

• Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with recruitment teams, hiring managers, and candidates as needed.
