Recruitment Resourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist in enhancing the company network by overseeing the recruitment process from initial sourcing to pre-screening.

• Identify and engage with potential candidates.

• Conduct first-stage screenings and provide high-quality shortlists of candidates.

• Ensure timely delivery of appropriate profiles to meet client needs.

• Implement sourcing activities that align with the established candidate strategy.

• Determine target candidate profiles and evaluate the existing candidate database.

• Draft and post job advertisements on relevant online sourcing platforms.

• Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

• Proactively reach out to and engage qualified candidates for open positions.

• Collect essential candidate information during the initial screening process.

• Document and track first-level candidate information in the database/ATS.

• Prepare candidate profiles for submission to branch Consultants.

• Utilize Gi Group systems and tools effectively, particularly sourcing channels and the Applicant Tracking System.

• Stay informed about internal processes, tools, and procedures to ensure consistent quality and compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant experience in recruitment delivery within the staffing industry and/or recruitment sector.

• Strong understanding of both temporary and permanent recruitment.

• In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate management.

• Awareness of administrative procedures and basic labor laws.

• Familiarity with digital tools and systems, including ATS/CRM, job boards, and sourcing channels.

• Capability to manage candidate sourcing, screening, pre-qualification, and database activities effectively.

• Proficiency in utilizing Gi Group systems and tools.

• Ability to ensure data quality, accuracy, compliance, and maintain consistent quality in activities.
