Recruitment Resourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract qualified candidates for key vacancies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other specialized sourcing tools.

• Develop focused candidate pipelines and talent pools within designated markets, locations, sectors, and skill sets.

• Perform proactive talent research and conduct market-mapping initiatives.

• Discover and analyze potential candidates for current job openings and upcoming recruitment needs.

• Include suitable candidates in targeted outreach campaigns for follow-up by consultants.

• Investigate target organizations, market dynamics, hiring trends, and pertinent contacts.

• Ensure accurate and current candidate, company, and contact records are maintained within the CRM system.

• Collaborate with recruitment consultants to grasp search needs, priorities, and any modifications to the brief.

• Utilize consultant feedback and recruitment results to enhance the quality and relevance of candidate sourcing.

• Assist in broader recruitment research and delivery projects as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment resourcing, talent sourcing, talent research, or market mapping.

• Extensive experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to identify and research passive candidates.

• Proficient in Boolean search techniques and candidate identification.

• Experience in building talent pools and performing proactive market research.

• Background in specialized, technical, engineering, or niche recruitment sectors is a plus.

• Strong written English and excellent communication skills.

• Proven track record of working towards specific targets and deadlines.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

• Capacity to manage multiple searches, projects, and shifting priorities efficiently.

• Flexibility to work shifts in accordance with client demands and business requirements.

• Willingness to adjust working hours as needed to accommodate different markets, time zones, or client priorities.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn CRM, SourceWhale, LinkedIn Talent Insights, and AI-driven sourcing and research tools is highly desirable.
