Recruitment Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruiting lifecycle for available positions

• Identify and recruit high-quality candidates while adhering to employment laws, regulations, and the corporate code of conduct

• Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to ensure recruitment efforts align with business requirements

• Guarantee a positive and uniform experience for candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process

• Utilize job boards, social networks, and various platforms for candidate sourcing

• Draft and publish job descriptions and announcements

• Maintain and expand pipelines of both active and passive candidates, as well as newly hired employees and other classifications

• Cultivate relationships with managers to gain insights into departments, hiring requirements, and job specifications

• Assist in the development and execution of recruitment processes, communication strategies, engagement initiatives, and feedback mechanisms that align with global strategies

• Keep updated with the latest trends and best practices in recruiting and marketing

• Engage in cross-collaboration projects

• Aid the employer branding team during recruitment events, job fairs, and networking sessions

• Proven experience in managing the complete recruiting lifecycle

• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations

• Understanding of corporate code of conduct standards

• Experience with diverse recruiting sources, including job boards, social networks, and other platforms

• Capability to source high-quality candidates

• Proficiency in creating and posting job descriptions and announcements

• Ability to maintain and develop candidate pipelines, including both active and passive prospects

• Skill in building relationships with hiring managers and comprehending departmental hiring needs and job specifications

• Knowledge of current recruiting and marketing trends and best practices
