Recruitment Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the timeline from client agreement to candidate placement.

• Maintain a pool of thoroughly screened, interview-ready candidates for high-volume positions.

• Supervise operations coordinators, recruiters/screeners, and sourcing teams.

• Set productivity benchmarks and performance scorecards.

• Ensure quality of placements and retention for at least 90 days.

• Manage the JazzHR ATS pipeline, sourcing avenues, and candidate experience.

• Increase monthly placements while upholding quality standards.

• Expand the range of roles filled as the business scales.

• Evaluate the existing pipeline, candidate pool, and screening procedures.

• Establish fill-speed and quality benchmarks along with implementing scorecards.

• Revitalize the candidate pool to prevent delays for signed clients awaiting sourcing.

• Create daily and weekly operational routines for open searches.

• Report directly to the founder.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in recruitment.

• Proven leadership experience, such as managing an agency, branch, or permanent desk with profit & loss or billing responsibilities.

• Ability to manage recruiters while maintaining quality under time constraints.

• Data-driven understanding of monthly placements, fill times, and attrition rates.

• Composed, organized, decisive, and highly focused on prioritization.

• Comfortable working remotely during US-aligned hours.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools for screening, sourcing, and accelerating recruitment processes.

• Able to redesign ineffective processes or scale partially developed functions.

• Experience placing candidates with clients in the US, UK, or Australia is strongly preferred.

• Recording must be conducted in English.

• Must provide a publicly accessible recording link with no login required.

• Internet speed test screenshot is required.
