Recruitment Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the timeline from client agreement to candidate placement.

• Maintain a pool of thoroughly screened, interview-ready candidates for high-volume positions.

• Lead operations coordinators, recruiters/screeners, and sourcing team.

• Develop productivity benchmarks and scorecards.

• Ensure the quality of placements and 90-day retention rates.

• Manage the JazzHR ATS pipeline, sourcing channels, and candidate experience.

• Increase monthly placements while upholding quality standards.

• Expand the range of roles filled as the business develops.

• Review the current pipeline, bench, and screening processes.

• Establish fill-speed and quality benchmarks and implement scorecards.

• Rebuild the candidate pool.

• Set daily and weekly operational rhythms for ongoing searches.

• Report directly to the founder.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in recruitment with genuine leadership experience.

• Background in managing an agency, branch, or permanent desk with P&L or billing responsibilities.

• Experience leading recruiters while ensuring quality under time constraints.

• Strongly data-oriented, with insights into monthly placements, fill times, and fall-off rates.

• Composed, organized, decisive, and capable of prioritizing effectively.

• Ability to work remotely during US-aligned hours comfortably.

• Skilled in using AI tools for screening, sourcing, and accelerating processes.

• Adept at revising inefficient processes or scaling an underdeveloped function.

• Experience placing candidates with US, UK, or Australian clients is highly preferred.

• A shareable 30–90 second audio or video introduction in English is required.

• Publicly accessible recording link without login requirements is necessary.

• A screenshot of an internet speed test result is essential.
