Recruitment Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the timeline from the moment a client signs until a candidate is placed.

• Maintain a pipeline filled with fully screened, interview-ready candidates for high-volume positions.

• Lead a team of operations coordinators, recruiters/screeners, and sourcing support staff.

• Set productivity benchmarks and scorecards.

• Ensure the quality of placements and achieve a 90-day retention rate.

• Manage the JazzHR ATS pipeline, sourcing channels, and enhance the candidate experience.

• Increase the number of monthly placements while upholding quality standards.

• Expand the range of roles filled as the business scales.

• Conduct audits on the current pipeline, candidate bench, and screening processes.

• Establish standards for fill-speed and quality.

• Reconstruct the candidate bench.

• Implement daily and weekly operational rhythms for open searches.

• Report directly to the founder.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10+ years of recruitment experience with proven leadership capabilities.

• Background in managing an agency, branch, or permanent desk with P&L or billing responsibilities.

• Experience overseeing recruiters while maintaining quality under time constraints.

• Data-driven insight into monthly placements, fill times, and fall-off rates.

• Ability to work remotely during hours aligned with the US.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools to expedite screening, sourcing, and movement processes.

• Comfortable with restructuring ineffective processes or scaling a partially developed function.

• Experience placing candidates with clients in the US, UK, or Australia is highly preferred.

• Audio or video introduction must be recorded in English.

• A publicly accessible 30–90 second audio or video introduction is required.

• A screenshot of an internet speed test is necessary.
