This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Perform daily targeted searches on Indeed to locate active public accounting and legal professionals in specified US territories.

• Develop professional and highly personalized outreach messages to engage both passive and active job seekers on Indeed.

• Quickly respond to candidate inquiries and facilitate phone consultations between interested candidates and recruitment consultants.

• Ensure complete accuracy in recording, organizing, and updating candidate profiles within the Monday.com CRM.

• Distribute registered candidate profiles to targeted client lists in alignment with daily distribution volume objectives.

• Create and validate prospective client lists during peak periods to aid ongoing business development efforts.

• Consistently achieve or surpass daily and weekly operational KPIs for outreach messages, scheduled calls, and distribution speed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience utilizing Indeed for candidate sourcing or talent outreach.

• Prior involvement in recruitment operations, ATS administration, or CRM management (specifically Monday.com).

• Knowledge of the US recruitment landscape, accounting sector, or legal field.

• Excellent written English skills, with a demonstrated ability to create natural, persuasive, and succinct personalized messages.

• High operational speed, responsiveness, and keen attention to detail when managing database records.

• Outstanding organizational skills, with the capacity to balance sourcing, active candidate conversations, scheduling, and administrative distribution simultaneously.

• Strong comfort level working in a KPI-driven environment focused on consistent, high-volume execution.

• Proven history of working independently, adhering to established operational processes, and achieving daily targets.

• Full-time availability during UK business hours.
