This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take ownership of the complete marketing strategy for designated markets, roles, or talent segments.
• Convert business objectives into cohesive plans and achieve measurable, high-quality hiring results.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition as a reliable, consultative partner.
• Cultivate relationships, align various priorities, and grasp the nuances of hard-to-fill roles and candidate pipelines.
• Provide reports on campaign outcomes and advancements.
• Develop candidate journey strategies that incorporate audience segmentation, messaging, and creative elements, along with paid search/social/programmatic/job boards, SEO, websites, landing experiences, CRM/email/SMS, retargeting, and on-site conversions.
• Formulate test-and-learn strategies with defined KPIs, attribution, and ROI objectives.
• Coordinate creative briefs, content requirements, landing experiences, and conversion pathways with Creative, CRM, and Digital teams.
• Leverage analytics to enhance campaign performance and sustain a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
• Oversee budgets and relationships with vendor/agency partners; forecast and adjust allocations to optimize ROI.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor actions, and best practices.
• Continuously refine recruitment marketing strategies.
• Minimum of 6 years in results-oriented marketing (growth/demand generation/performance).
• Strong skills in account management.
• Experience in recruitment marketing and/or healthcare is preferred but not mandatory.
• Outstanding stakeholder and account management capabilities.
• Proven track record of building trust, influencing senior leadership, and achieving consensus across competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal storytelling skills, including the ability to create presentations suited for executives.
• Strong analytical skills, encompassing funnel analysis, experimentation, and basic attribution concepts.
• Proficient in GA4 and other analytics tools.
• Solid understanding of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and programmatic/job advertising platforms.
• Previous experience with CRM concepts and campaign management is preferred.
• Experience with Phenom CRM is a plus.
• Comfortable using AI-driven marketing tools and automation.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Experience in managing budgets and agencies/platforms.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
