This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Take charge of the complete recruitment cycle for a range of client roles across Latin America, from sourcing candidates to the acceptance of offers.
• Conduct outbound sourcing for specialized and challenging-to-fill positions.
• Evaluate and present candidates through a structured assessment process.
• Oversee client communications, including initial discussions, candidate presentations, interview scheduling, and feedback management.
• Act as the final quality assurance before candidates are submitted to clients.
• Establish and uphold recruiting standards, process design, and candidate criteria for ongoing searches.
• Maintain process integrity with clients in accordance with MSA agreements.
• Step in for complex, senior, and high-stakes searches as required.
• Mentor and develop recruiters and sourcers.
• Manage the distribution of workloads within the team.
• Own team metrics such as pipeline coverage, time to first qualified candidate, submission-to-interview ratio, time to fill positions, offer acceptance rates, and 90-day retention statistics.
• Ensure team accountability to targets and identify capacity or performance risks at an early stage.
• Draft and maintain recruiting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) encompassing intake, sourcing, screening, presentation, offers, and handover to onboarding.
• Create and uphold structured evaluation frameworks, scorecards, interview guides, and assessment criteria.
• Develop and refine Applicant Tracking System (ATS) workflows in Ashby, covering pipeline stages, sequences, templates, and reporting.
• Define the operational structure for external and project-based recruiters.
• Document recruiting processes for training purposes and continuity.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, including at least 2 years managing full-cycle searches independently.
• Proven experience in leading a recruitment team; involving management, coaching, or direction of recruiters.
• A successful history of creating recruitment processes from the ground up, including SOPs, workflows, evaluation frameworks, and documentation.
• Direct recruitment experience in Latin American markets, particularly in Colombia.
• Strong skills in outbound sourcing.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Experience in presenting candidates to and managing expectations with external clients or hiring managers.
• Preferably have hands-on experience with Ashby; experience with other modern ATS platforms is also considered valuable.
• A background in staffing, RPO, EOR, or agency recruitment is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with external, agency, or commission-based recruiters is advantageous.
• A proven track record in placing specialized or senior roles is preferred.
• A structured mindset is preferred.
