Recruitment Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee and nurture a recruitment team comprising 6–7 recruiters.

• Take full ownership of the most intricate, senior, or sensitive roles throughout the hiring process.

• Develop recruitment analytics and reporting mechanisms to monitor pipeline health, hiring speed, and team effectiveness.

• Create and refine sourcing strategies tailored to the various positions the function recruits for.

• Provide guidance to the business on hiring strategies, market conditions, and organizational structure as the team expands.

• Establish processes, tools, and standards for the broader recruitment team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in leading a recruitment team, preferably during a phase of significant growth.

• Proven history of successfully closing complex or senior-level positions.

• Proficient in building recruitment analytics and leveraging data to inform decision-making.

• Fluent in both English and Russian, with excellent spoken and written communication skills.

• Exceptional communication abilities and sound judgment when handling confidential information.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely while managing a distributed team.
