This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the candidate selection process by identifying and evaluating applicants, conducting initial phone screenings, facilitating interviews, and collecting feedback from both clients and candidates.
• Establish and nurture a robust candidate network through thorough market research and continuous bench management.
• Anticipate the needs of clients and preferences of hiring managers by achieving strong submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.
• Formulate innovative and proactive recruitment strategies to identify both passive and active candidates.
• Present top-tier talent for open roles and effectively address objections during the hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on final candidate selections, compensation discussions, and recruitment procedures.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure that weekly and monthly submission and hiring targets are met.
• Update and manage data in the applicant tracking system, along with reports and other administrative records.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively execute all facets of recruiting, including competitive market analysis, passive candidate sourcing, advanced internet searches, and negotiating and closing candidates while achieving results in a fast-paced, metrics-driven recruiting environment.
• Ability to surpass performance expectations and goals, and utilize feedback to reach desired results.
• Capable of confidently communicating the recruitment pipeline to team members.
• Strong client orientation and a commitment to ongoing improvement.
• Proficiency in executing recruitment strategies, including clear communication of RPO and client relationships.
• Excellent time management skills, adaptability, and the ability to shift priorities as needed.
• Active involvement in the recruiting team and contribution to a culture of open collaboration.
• Proven computer skills, including intermediate knowledge of MS Office, experience with applicant tracking systems, and a strong presence on social media.
