Product Analytics, Customer Research Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Recruit, schedule, and conduct customer interviews and case study discussions across the company's product offerings.

• Perform in-depth product analytics using Mixpanel and company data, focusing on funnels, retention, engagement, and feature adoption.

• Present analytical findings alongside actionable recommendations.

• Design and administer surveys.

• Integrate qualitative and quantitative feedback into Voice of the Customer reports for senior leadership.

• Develop and sustain dashboards and ongoing insight reports utilized by the product team.

• Assist in product operations across various initiatives.

• Coordinate alpha and beta testing groups.

• Track follow-ups and organize research documentation.

• Report directly to the Head of Product.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in product analytics, customer research, market research, or a similar analytical position.

• Practical experience with a product analytics platform (Mixpanel preferred) and proficiency in SQL.

• Experience conducting customer interviews or user research.

• Comfortable engaging with customers through video calls.

• Strong writing abilities to transform complex inputs into a concise one-page insight summary.

• Highly organized and self-motivated.

• Capable of managing multiple initiatives in a remote team environment.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

• Experience in a health tech or healthcare organization, particularly at the enterprise level (preferred).

• Familiarity with survey tools and research repositories (preferred).

• Exposure to experimental methods (A/B testing) and cohort analysis (preferred).
