This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Handle utility property and damage claims in accordance with CMR's established policies and procedures.
β’ Ensure that all data is accurate and complete.
β’ Research and analyze information to identify the correct party to be billed.
β’ Enter claim information into CMR's tailored software applications.
β’ Address inquiries from clients and potential responsible parties via email and phone.
β’ Interact with colleagues, management, and clients in a polite and professional manner.
β’ Exceptional attendance and punctuality.
β’ Proficient in data review and data entry.
β’ Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
β’ Capable of analytical thinking and processing tasks.
β’ Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
β’ Organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
β’ Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
β’ Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
β’ Must create a suitable work environment at home, including a high-speed internet connection.
β’ High School diploma or equivalent required.
β’ Experience and licensing as an adjuster are highly preferred.
β’ At least 2 years of clerical experience preferred.
β’ Mandatory pre-employment drug screening and criminal background checks.
