This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Manage the selection process, which includes identifying and evaluating candidates, conducting initial phone interviews, facilitating in-person interviews, and collecting feedback from both clients and candidates.

• Establish and nurture a robust candidate network through market research and continuous bench management.

• Anticipate client requirements and preferences of hiring managers by achieving excellent submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.

• Create innovative and proactive recruitment strategies to discover both passive and active candidates.

• Present exceptional talent for available positions and address any objections during the hiring process.

• Provide consultation to hiring managers and clients regarding final choices, compensation, and recruitment procedures.

• Maintain strong relationships and satisfaction levels with both clients and candidates.

• Achieve weekly and monthly submission and hiring targets.

• Update and manage data in the applicant tracking system, including reports and relevant administrative records.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and an advocate for candidates while delivering talent through effective recruitment strategies and market intelligence.

• Demonstrated ability to successfully execute all facets of recruiting, including competitive market research, passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, and negotiating and closing candidates, all while achieving results in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

• Proven capability to surpass performance expectations and goals, along with incorporating feedback to achieve desired results.

• Ability to confidently convey the recruiting pipeline to others.

• Strong client orientation and dedication to continuous improvement.

• Proficiency in implementing recruitment strategies, including a clear articulation of RPO and client relationships.

• Excellent time management skills, adaptability, and flexibility to respond to shifting directions and priorities.

• Active engagement within a recruiting team and contribution to collaborative efforts.

• Proficient in computer use, including intermediate MS Office skills, experience with applicant tracking systems, and a solid presence on social media.
