Recruitment Consultant – Canada, US, Mexico

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Supervise the candidate selection process, which involves identifying and evaluating candidates, conducting initial phone interviews, facilitating in-person interviews, and collecting feedback from both clients and candidates.

• Establish and nurture a network of candidates through market research and continuous management of talent pools.

• Anticipate the needs of clients and preferences of hiring managers while achieving strong ratios of submissions to interviews and interviews to offers.

• Create innovative and proactive recruitment strategies for both passive and active candidates.

• Present qualified candidates for open positions and address any objections that arise during the hiring process.

• Advise hiring managers on final candidate selections, compensation packages, and recruitment procedures.

• Maintain robust relationships with clients and candidates to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

• Achieve weekly and monthly goals for candidate submissions and hires.

• Keep the applicant tracking system updated with accurate data, reports, and other necessary administrative records.

• Demonstrated ability to manage all facets of recruiting, including conducting competitive market analysis, engaging in passive candidate sourcing, performing advanced internet searches, negotiating, and successfully closing candidates within a dynamic, metrics-driven environment.

• Proven track record of surpassing performance expectations and goals while being receptive to feedback.

• Confidence in communicating the status of the recruiting pipeline effectively.

• Strong client orientation and a dedication to ongoing improvement.

• Capability to implement recruitment strategies, clearly articulating both RPO and client relationships.

• Excellent skills in prioritizing time, being flexible, and adapting to evolving directions and priorities.

• Active involvement in the recruiting team, contributing to a culture of open collaboration.

• Proficiency in computer applications, including intermediate skills in MS Office, experience with applicant tracking systems, and a strong presence on social media platforms.
