This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as a reliable advisor for clients and an advocate for candidates.

• Implement recruitment strategies and leverage market insights to fulfill clients' talent acquisition needs.

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for further interviews and hiring.

• Manage candidate selection processes, conduct initial phone interviews, facilitate interviews, and collect feedback from both clients and candidates.

• Establish and nurture candidate networks through thorough market research and continuous bench management.

• Anticipate the needs of clients and preferences of hiring managers while achieving strong submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.

• Create innovative and proactive strategies to identify both passive and active candidates.

• Present qualified talent for available positions and address any objections encountered during the hiring process.

• Advise hiring managers on final candidate selections, compensation discussions, and recruitment procedures.

• Maintain strong relationships and satisfaction levels with both clients and candidates.

• Achieve weekly and monthly goals for submissions and hires.

• Regularly update and manage data in the applicant tracking system, including reports and other administrative records.

• Demonstrated ability to execute all facets of recruiting, including competitive market analysis, passive candidate sourcing, advanced online searches, and effectively negotiating and closing candidates in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

• Proven track record of surpassing performance expectations and goals, along with the ability to incorporate feedback to achieve desired results.

• Proficient in articulating the recruiting pipeline with confidence.

• Strong focus on client needs and a commitment to ongoing improvement.

• Capability to implement recruitment strategies, including clear communication of RPO and client relationships.

• Excellent time management skills, adaptability, and flexibility to adjust to changing directions and priorities.

• Active involvement in the recruiting team and a commitment to fostering open collaboration.

• Proficiency in computer skills, including intermediate MS Office knowledge, experience with applicant tracking systems, and a robust presence on social media.
