📋 Description

• Manage the recruitment process, which includes identifying and evaluating candidates, conducting initial phone interviews, facilitating in-person interviews, and collecting feedback from both clients and candidates.

• Establish and nurture a robust network of candidates through thorough market research and continuous bench management.

• Create innovative and proactive recruitment strategies to attract both passive and active candidates.

• Present qualified candidates for open roles and address objections throughout the hiring process.

• Collaborate with hiring managers regarding final selections, compensation, and recruitment methodologies.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure their satisfaction.

• Achieve weekly and monthly submission and hiring targets.

• Update and manage data in the applicant tracking system, including reports and other administrative records.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively handle all facets of recruiting, which includes competitive market analysis, passive candidate sourcing, advanced internet research, and successfully negotiating and closing candidates in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

• Proven track record of exceeding performance expectations and goals, along with the ability to implement feedback for improved outcomes.

• Capability to confidently articulate the recruitment pipeline to stakeholders.

• Strong client-centric focus and a commitment to ongoing improvement.

• Competence in executing recruitment strategies, with a clear understanding of RPO and client relationships.

• Excellent time management skills, adaptability, and the ability to shift priorities as needed.

• Proficient in computer skills, including intermediate MS Office capabilities, experience with applicant tracking systems, and a strong presence on social media.
