Recruitment Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the candidate selection process, which involves identifying and evaluating candidates, conducting initial phone interviews, facilitating in-person interviews, and collecting feedback from both clients and candidates.

• Create and sustain a robust candidate network through thorough market research and continuous bench management.

• Anticipate the needs of clients and preferences of hiring managers while achieving impressive submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.

• Formulate innovative and proactive recruitment strategies to attract both passive and active candidates.

• Present high-quality candidates for available positions and effectively address any objections that may arise during the hiring process.

• Collaborate with hiring managers regarding final candidate selections, compensation discussions, and recruitment procedures.

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring their satisfaction.

• Guarantee that weekly and monthly submission and hiring targets are achieved.

• Update and manage data within the applicant tracking system, including reports and other administrative records.

• Demonstrated ability to execute all facets of recruiting, including competitive market analysis, passive candidate sourcing, advanced online research, and negotiating and finalizing offers.

• Proven track record of achieving results in a dynamic, metrics-driven recruiting environment with tight deadlines.

• Capacity to consistently exceed performance expectations and goals while implementing constructive feedback.

• Proficient in communicating the status of the recruiting pipeline with confidence.

• Strong client orientation and dedication to ongoing improvement.

• Ability to implement recruitment strategies effectively, clearly articulating the RPO and client relationship.

• Excellent time management skills, with the flexibility and adaptability to manage changing priorities.

• Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, including intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems.

• Strong presence on social media platforms.
