Recruitment Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the candidate selection process by identifying and evaluating applicants, conducting initial phone screenings, facilitating interviews, and collecting feedback from both clients and candidates.

• Establish and nurture a robust candidate network through diligent market research and consistent bench management.

• Anticipate client requirements and preferences of hiring managers by achieving strong submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.

• Create innovative and proactive recruitment strategies to uncover both passive and active candidates.

• Present top-tier talent for available positions and address objections throughout the hiring process.

• Collaborate with client hiring managers regarding final selections, compensation matters, and recruitment procedures.

• Maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

• Ensure that weekly and monthly submission and hiring targets are consistently met.

• Update and manage applicant tracking system data, reports, and associated administrative documentation.

• Demonstrated ability to manage all facets of recruiting, including competitive market analysis, passive sourcing, advanced internet research, negotiating, and closing candidates, while delivering results in a dynamic, metrics-driven environment.

• Capability to surpass performance expectations and goals while implementing feedback to achieve desired results.

• Proficient in confidently communicating the status of the recruiting pipeline.

• Strong client orientation and dedication to continuous improvement.

• Ability to implement recruitment strategies, including a clear understanding of RPO and client relationships.

• Excellent skills in time management, flexibility, and adaptability in response to shifting directions and priorities.

• Active engagement in the recruiting team, contributing value while promoting open collaboration.

• Proficiency in computer skills, including intermediate MS Office knowledge, experience with applicant tracking systems, and a robust presence on social media.
