Recruitment Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the candidate selection process by identifying and evaluating potential candidates, conducting preliminary phone interviews, facilitating in-person interviews, and collecting feedback from both clients and candidates.

• Develop and sustain a robust network of candidates through comprehensive market research and ongoing management of the candidate pool.

• Anticipate the needs of clients and preferences of hiring managers while ensuring strong submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.

• Create innovative and proactive recruitment strategies to identify both passive and active candidates.

• Present high-quality talent for open positions and effectively address objections throughout the hiring process.

• Collaborate with hiring managers on final candidate selections, compensation discussions, and recruitment procedures.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction.

• Achieve weekly and monthly submission and hiring targets.

• Update and manage data in the applicant tracking system, including reports and related administrative documentation.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively carry out all recruiting functions, including competitive market analysis, passive candidate sourcing, advanced internet research, and successfully negotiating and closing candidates in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

• Proven track record of exceeding performance expectations and goals, with the ability to implement feedback for achieving desired results.

• Strong communication skills to confidently convey the status of the recruiting pipeline to various stakeholders.

• A strong focus on client satisfaction and a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Ability to execute recruitment strategies, including a clear understanding of RPO and client relationships.

• Excellent time management skills, adaptability, and flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and directions.

• Active involvement in the recruiting team and a contribution to a culture of open collaboration.

• Proficient in computer skills, including intermediate MS Office knowledge, experience with applicant tracking systems, and a robust presence on social media platforms.
