This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the candidate selection process by identifying and evaluating candidates, conducting initial phone interviews, facilitating in-person interviews, and collecting feedback from both clients and candidates.
• Establish and cultivate a robust candidate network through comprehensive market research and ongoing management of talent pools.
• Anticipate the needs of clients and preferences of hiring managers while ensuring strong ratios for submissions to interviews and interviews to offers.
• Create innovative and proactive recruitment strategies to source both passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent for available positions and effectively address any objections during the hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on final candidate selections, compensation packages, and recruitment procedures.
• Maintain robust relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Ensure weekly and monthly submission and hiring targets are consistently achieved.
• Update and manage applicant tracking system data and reports, while fulfilling related administrative duties.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and a strong advocate for candidates, delivering talent through effective recruitment strategies and market insights.
• Demonstrated ability to competently handle all facets of recruiting, including competitive market analysis, passive candidate sourcing, advanced internet research, negotiation, and securing candidates while achieving results in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Proven track record of surpassing performance expectations and goals, along with the ability to implement feedback for desired outcomes.
• Ability to confidently convey the status of the recruiting pipeline to relevant stakeholders.
• Strong client-centric approach and commitment to ongoing improvement.
• Capability to execute recruitment strategies, including clearly defining RPO and client relationships.
• Excellent time management skills, with the flexibility and adaptability to adjust when priorities change.
• Proficient in computer skills, including intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system.
• Strong presence on social media platforms.
