This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise the candidate selection process, which includes identifying and evaluating candidates, conducting initial phone screenings, facilitating interviews, and collecting feedback from both clients and candidates.

• Create and sustain a robust candidate network through market analysis and continuous bench management.

• Anticipate the needs of clients and preferences of hiring managers by delivering impressive submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.

• Develop innovative and proactive recruitment strategies to source both passive and active candidates.

• Present exceptional talent for open roles and effectively address objections during the hiring process.

• Collaborate with hiring managers on final selections, compensation discussions, and recruitment methodologies.

• Maintain strong relationships and satisfaction levels with both clients and candidates.

• Ensure that weekly and monthly submission and hiring targets are achieved.

• Update and manage applicant tracking system data, reports, and related administrative records.

• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience while overseeing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making candidate recommendations.

• Demonstrated ability to handle all facets of recruiting, including competitive market research, passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, negotiating, and closing candidates.

• Experience in achieving results in a dynamic, metrics-driven recruiting environment with tight deadlines.

• Proven capability to surpass performance expectations and goals while implementing feedback to attain desired results.

• Ability to confidently communicate about the recruiting pipeline.

• Strong client focus and a commitment to ongoing improvement.

• Capacity to execute recruitment strategies, including a clear understanding of RPO and client relationships.

• Excellent time management skills, adaptability, and flexibility in responding to changing directions and priorities.

• Active engagement in a recruiting team and the ability to promote open collaboration.

• Proficiency in computer skills, including intermediate knowledge of MS Office.

• Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system.

• Strong presence on social media platforms.
