This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Serve as a reliable advisor to clients and a champion for candidates.

• Employ recruitment techniques and industry insights to fulfill clients' talent acquisition needs.

• Oversee the entire recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and recommending candidates for hire.

• Manage candidate selection, conduct preliminary phone interviews, facilitate in-person interviews, and collect feedback from both clients and candidates.

• Establish and nurture a network of candidates through ongoing market research and proactive bench management.

• Anticipate the needs of clients and preferences of hiring managers while ensuring strong submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.

• Create innovative and proactive recruitment strategies tailored for both passive and active candidates.

• Present qualified candidates for open roles and address any objections encountered during the hiring process.

• Collaborate with hiring managers on final selections, compensation decisions, and recruitment workflows.

• Foster and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure overall satisfaction.

• Achieve weekly and monthly submission and hiring targets.

• Regularly update applicant tracking system data and reports while fulfilling associated administrative tasks.

• Demonstrated success in all facets of recruiting, including competitive market analysis, passive sourcing, advanced online searches, and negotiating offers in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

• Proven ability to surpass performance expectations and goals while implementing feedback to reach targeted outcomes.

• Confidence in communicating the status of the recruiting pipeline.

• Strong commitment to client satisfaction and continuous improvement.

• Proficient in executing recruitment strategies, including clear communication of RPO and client relationships.

• Excellent time management skills, adaptability, and flexibility in response to changing directions and priorities.

• Active engagement in a recruiting team and contribution to collaborative efforts.

• Proficient with computers, including intermediate MS Office skills, experience with applicant tracking systems, and a robust social media presence.
