Recruitment Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Manage the selection process by identifying and evaluating candidates, conducting initial phone screenings, facilitating interviews, and collecting feedback from both clients and candidates.

• Establish and nurture a robust candidate network through market research and continuous bench management.

• Anticipate the needs of clients and preferences of hiring managers while ensuring strong submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.

• Create innovative and proactive recruitment strategies to attract both passive and active candidates.

• Present top talent for open roles and address objections throughout the hiring process.

• Collaborate with hiring managers on final candidate selections, compensation discussions, and recruitment processes.

• Maintain solid relationships with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction.

• Ensure weekly and monthly submission and hiring targets are achieved.

• Update and manage applicant tracking system data, reports, and other related administrative records.

• Oversee all facets of the recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively carry out all aspects of recruiting, including competitive market research, passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, and candidate negotiation and closing.

• Proven capability to deliver results in a fast-paced, metrics-driven recruiting environment with tight deadlines.

• Ability to consistently exceed performance goals and apply feedback to achieve desired results.

• Confidence in communicating the recruitment pipeline effectively.

• Strong client-centric focus and a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Proficient in executing recruitment strategies that clearly articulate RPO and client relationships.

• Excellent time management skills, adaptability, and flexibility in response to changing directions and priorities.

• Demonstrated computer skills, including intermediate proficiency in MS Office.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems.

• Strong presence on social media.

• Background in manufacturing and high-volume recruitment.
