📋 Description

• Create a personal client portfolio and foster long-term relationships with businesses throughout the APAC market.

• Identify and secure new clients within the APAC region.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers.

• Establish strategic partnerships with firms across diverse industries.

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and proactive outreach activities.

• Negotiate commercial terms and recruitment agreements.

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle from initial briefing to successful placement.

• Source, evaluate, and interview candidates.

• Present qualified candidates to clients.

• Manage negotiation processes for offers and closure.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines within specialized markets.

• Develop expertise in chosen industries and market segments.

• Monitor hiring trends and market developments.

• Advise clients on talent acquisition strategies and prevailing market conditions.

• Contribute to the growth strategy of the APAC business.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment agencies or executive search within the tech industry.

• Proven experience in business development and client management.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial drive.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Fluent in English is required.

• Experience within the APAC market is essential.
