Recruitment Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• For the Matcher role: source candidates from Magic's existing talent pool to identify suitable matches and maintain a supplementary list.

• For the Matcher role: arrange and conduct final interviews, assessing candidate readiness.

• For the Matcher role: collaborate with Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams.

• For the Matcher role: produce structured, succinct, and client-ready reports.

• For the Matcher role: achieve daily and monthly goals while assisting other recruitment teams.

• For the Qualifier role: perform high-volume, structured candidate screenings based on established criteria.

• For the Qualifier role: confirm technical setup and reliability prior to candidates progressing.

• For the Qualifier role: ensure adherence to processes and maintain accurate documentation at scale.

• For the Qualifier role: escalate borderline decisions and facilitate seamless transitions to Matchers.

• Achieve designated screening or interview volume and quality benchmarks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent professional experience.

• Exceptional proficiency in English — strong verbal, written, and structured communication skills.

• High attention to detail.

• Full availability for assigned shifts from Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, including nights, evenings, or daytime hours as required.

• A dependable home office setup with a computer, headset, video conferencing capabilities, a quiet environment, 25+ Mbps internet, and a backup.

• Proven ability to commit to tasks and see them through to completion.

• Matcher-specific: previous experience in candidate-facing interviewing or recruitment is preferred.

• Qualifier-specific: experience in high-volume screening, compliance review, or structured assessments is preferred.

• Must exclusively commit to Magic, with no other VA/EA or similar clients during training or production periods.

🏝️ Benefits

• $3.20/hour (approximately ₱26,000–29,000/month, paid through Deel) — Matcher or Qualifier.

• A 6-month evaluation period with the opportunity for full-time conversion.

• Career growth opportunities: Associate (0–6 months) → Recruitment Specialist (6–12 months) → Senior Specialist (1–2 years) → Recruitment Lead/Assistant Manager (2–3 years) → Recruitment Manager (3+ years).
