Recruitment and Selection Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Advertise job openings through various platforms

• Evaluate and review resumes

• Actively seek out potential candidates (sourcing)

• Reach out to candidates and arrange interviews

• Support the interview process

• Maintain and update spreadsheets and recruitment databases

• Monitor candidates at each stage of the hiring process

• Assist with additional Recruitment and Selection tasks

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Highly organized and proactive

• Proficient in using digital tools

• Eager to build a career in Recruitment and Selection

• Must possess a personal laptop or computer along with a reliable internet connection
