Recruitment and Selection Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Advertise and promote job openings through targeted channels

• Review resumes and LinkedIn profiles

• Reach out to candidates through WhatsApp, email, and phone

• Arrange interviews

• Communicate with candidates and partners via email

• Assist the team in finalizing positions

• Identify job opportunities for clients in the role of a job hunter

⛳️ Requirements

• Students currently enrolled in a degree program for Human Resources Management or Psychology

• Must have access to a personal computer and mobile phone

• Interest in working fully remotely

• Strong desire to learn about recruitment and career guidance
