Recruitment and Selection Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle from start to finish.

• Promote job openings, evaluate candidates, and facilitate interviews.

• Identify and attract qualified professionals through sourcing and headhunting.

• Present candidates to clients and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process.

• Ensure systems and records are consistently updated.

• Assist in managing client relationships and contribute to new business growth.

• Proven experience in recruitment and selection processes.

• Completed or pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a strong emphasis on meeting deadlines.

• Capability to manage several recruitment processes independently at the same time.

• Enthusiasm for business development and client relationship management.

• An entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset.

• A university degree is required.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Proficiency in recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Solid social and interpersonal skills.

• Focused on achieving results.
