Recruitment and Selection Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Publish job vacancies across job boards, sourcing platforms, and professional networks.

• Evaluate profiles that align with the specified requirements.

• Identify and engage qualified professionals who are not actively seeking new opportunities.

• Conduct online discussions to evaluate candidates’ skills and competencies.

• Offer feedback to both successful and unsuccessful candidates regarding their performance.

• Manage the recruitment process through to the hiring stage.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or currently enrolled in a program related to Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Administration.

• Familiarity with job platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Pandapé.

• Understanding of interviewing techniques, particularly competency-based methodologies.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to comprehend client companies’ objectives to determine the best cultural fit.

• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple recruitment processes at once.

• A high school diploma is required.

• A passion for working with people.
