Recruitment and Selection Analyst – Freelancer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Advertise job openings on a variety of platforms.

• Identify and attract candidates using LinkedIn and talent databases.

• Review and evaluate resumes.

• Conduct interviews focused on competencies.

• Administer and interpret behavioral assessments.

• Create reports evaluating interview outcomes.

• Manage the recruitment process until successful placement and closure of the position.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed or in-progress Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or Business Administration.

• Prior experience in Recruitment and Selection.

• Experience in an HR consultancy is advantageous.

• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as InfoJobs, Catho, Indeed, PandaPé, and others.

• Proven experience in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn.

• Understanding of behavioral assessments.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and deliverables.

• Must be available to work remotely.

• 1 to 3 years of professional experience required.
