Recruitment and Selection Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment and selection process, from initial role intake to offer presentation.

• Collaborate on the profiles and requirements for available positions.

• Develop strategies for candidate attraction, outreach, and sourcing.

• Advertise and manage job vacancies across various platforms.

• Evaluate and review resumes.

• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications for the roles.

• Engage in talent hunting and proactively source professionals.

• Analyze the market to identify potential candidates.

• Create candidate profiles and assessment reports for presentation to hiring managers and clients.

• Provide support to candidates throughout all phases of the selection process.

• Facilitate alignment discussions and negotiations regarding offer presentations.

• Handle multiple recruitment processes concurrently, establishing priorities and ensuring ongoing progress on open positions.

• Maintain organized requests and monitor progress, demonstrating agility and commitment to deadlines and deliverables.

• Completed or ongoing university or technical education.

• Prior experience in recruitment and selection.

• Proven experience managing the entire recruitment process.

• Experience in recruiting technology professionals.

• Background working with a diverse range of profiles and levels of seniority.

• Experience in talent hunting and proactive candidate outreach.

• Familiarity with major job posting and candidate sourcing platforms.

• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously while prioritizing tasks and deadlines.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Agile, organized, proactive, and self-sufficient work approach.

• Strong commitment and sense of responsibility for the department's demands and deliverables.
