This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a remote team of recruiters tasked with full-cycle recruiting for various skilled trades clients.
• Establish clear expectations regarding quality, urgency, accountability, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Client Success Manager to convert client and job-level recruiting strategies into priorities, sourcing plans, candidate profiles, and actionable metrics.
• Maintain oversight of active recruiting pipelines by monitoring sourcing activity, candidate quality, conversion rates, interview progress, follow-up, and hiring outcomes.
• Identify issues with stalled candidates, insufficient candidate flow, screening challenges, pipeline bottlenecks, and other breakdowns in the hiring process.
• Initiate corrective measures to address challenges in the recruiting and hiring funnel.
• Guide recruiters using recruiting metrics, pipeline data, and performance observations.
• Safeguard candidate quality by assessing experience, qualifications, communication skills, motivation, compensation expectations, availability, and overall fit prior to client submission.
• Incorporate pipeline data, candidate feedback, and market insights into strategy discussions.
• Suggest modifications to recruiting strategies when evidence indicates that a particular approach is ineffective.
• Work collaboratively with Client Success, recruiting operations, sourcing, support, and leadership to eliminate hiring obstacles and advance client priorities.
• Conduct a brief phone screening and interview with the team.
• A minimum of three years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Strong comprehension of sourcing, screening, candidate evaluation, pipeline management, and hiring processes.
• Experience in mentoring, coaching, or leading recruiters is highly preferred.
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze recruiting data and identify performance issues.
• Capability to lead a remote team while maintaining accountability.
• Ability to collaborate closely with a Client Success Manager and implement established client and job-level strategies.
• Exceptional organization and follow-through across multiple clients and job openings.
• A reliable internet connection with a contingency plan for power or internet disruptions.
• Experience in recruiting for skilled trades, construction, home services, or other blue-collar positions is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing recruitment across multiple clients, locations, or job openings is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in using HubSpot, Recruitee, Slack, and Google Workspace is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance recruiting execution and team productivity is strongly preferred.
• Experience utilizing recruiting metrics and pipeline data to coach performance is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with working in a fast-paced, high-accountability company is strongly preferred.
