This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Facilitate interviews across various time zones, with different interviewers and candidate categories.

• Manage onboarding logistics from the moment an offer is accepted until day one, which includes setting up systems and handling paperwork.

• Collaborate with IT, People teams, and hiring managers to ensure new employees are adequately prepared and welcomed.

• Oversee the Lever ATS and recruiting tools, managing candidate stages, interview feedback, and offer statuses.

• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and People leadership to forecast scheduling needs and identify potential bottlenecks.

• Discover opportunities to enhance recruiting operations while developing and documenting scalable processes.

• Act as the initial point of contact for candidates by communicating in a clear, warm, and timely manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a supportive administrative/operations role.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple calendars and various tasks concurrently.

• Familiarity with an ATS (Lever preferred) or the ability to quickly learn new systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.

• Proactive and resourceful problem-solver who can take initiative with minimal supervision.

• Experience with, or a strong interest in, responsibly utilizing AI tools to automate workflows and reduce time spent on repetitive operational tasks.
