This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide consulting services through complimentary RecOps Connects as well as paid engagements.

• Guide clients on recruiting strategies, analytics interpretation, and best operational practices.

• Collaborate with AEs, CSMs, and Professional Services to define, market, and execute paid consulting projects.

• Convert consulting insights into Academy courses, guides, webinars, and specific playbooks for various segments.

• Contribute to advanced product education, focusing on Quality of Hire dashboard interpretation and analytics strategies.

• Develop sophisticated Customer Education offerings.

• Work alongside the Product Team to convert observations into actionable feedback.

• Empower CSMs with foundational Recruiting Operations strategies and tactics.

• Create reports or processes for clients when necessary.

• Assist Strategic, Mid-Market, and Startup customers within the EMEA region.


⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Ashby’s product.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to facilitate discussions clearly and concisely.

• Capability to engage with stakeholders, including Heads of Talent and recruiters.

• Proficiency in managing various complexities, ranging from interview plan questions to advanced Quality of Hire reporting strategies.

• Competence in holding stakeholders accountable, establishing clear expectations, and fostering alignment.

• Skill in defining boundaries and enabling CSMs to manage foundational Recruiting Operations tasks.

• Ability to empower others in both individual and group settings.

• Strong customer empathy and the capability to convert feedback into actionable insights.

• Over 2 years of experience in recruiting operations, analytics, and process design.

• Minimum of 2 years of prior experience utilizing Ashby in a recruiting operations role.

• Previous knowledge of the Ashby product is required.

• Ability to manage projects from scoping to execution and follow-through.
