Recruiting Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify potential candidates via LinkedIn and various recruiting platforms.

• Develop focused candidate pipelines aligned with necessary experience and skills.

• Evaluate incoming applications and resumes to pinpoint qualified individuals.

• Conduct preliminary phone interviews to gauge candidates' experience, interest, and fundamental qualifications.

• Document detailed and clear candidate notes after interviews.

• Engage in outreach and follow-up with potential candidates.

• Maintain up-to-date candidate information and pipeline activities in the applicant tracking system.

• Assist with interview scheduling and coordination of candidates.

• Collaborate with the Head of People Operations on ongoing searches and sourcing priorities.

• Contribute to additional recruiting initiatives as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program or a recent graduate.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• At ease with conversing with candidates and conducting structured phone interviews.

• Strong focus on detail and exceptional organizational skills.

• Capable of assessing resumes and candidate backgrounds against specific criteria.

• Resourceful and proficient in researching and identifying potential candidates.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and ensure follow-through on assignments.

• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting.

• High degree of discretion in managing candidate and company information.

• Passion for recruiting, talent acquisition, People Operations, or a related field.

• Previous experience in internships, campus roles, or jobs related to recruiting, research, sales, customer service, or other client-facing positions is preferred.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn or similar professional networking sites is preferred.

• Interest in startups or rapidly growing companies is preferred.
