Recruiting Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and enhance the processes related to interview coordination and scheduling, including SOPs and playbooks.

• Manage interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Address and resolve complex and escalated issues related to scheduling, logistics, and candidate experience.

• Organize executive and leadership interview loops, multi-site or cross-time-zone panels, and manage competing high-priority searches.

• Oversee the maintenance and governance of offer letters, including templates, approval workflows, accuracy, and compliance.

• Identify opportunities for improvement, propose solutions, and implement enhancements and automation within the recruiting workflow and technology stack.

• Measure and evaluate the impact of process improvements.

• Act as a power user or administrator for Greenhouse and ModernLoop.

• Configure and manage recruiting system workflows.

• Interpret recruiting policies and provide guidance to recruiters, coordinators, and hiring teams for non-routine cases.

• Influence the activities of the recruiting coordinator team.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations.

• Proven track record of process ownership and independent problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience in managing or significantly contributing to offer processes, recruiting systems administration, or coordination programs.

• Strong judgment and decision-making skills in ambiguous, high-stakes situations with minimal guidance.

• Ability to mentor and develop others while influencing decisions related to processes and tools.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Successful completion of a background check.
