Recruiting Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of recruiting for hourly technicians in preparation for the launch of an upcoming client facility.

• Identify and cultivate candidate pipelines in advance of the facility's opening.

• Oversee requisitions and candidates using Rippling.

• Execute sourcing efforts through Indeed.

• Evaluate candidates and manage the complete interview process for assigned requisitions.

• Present, negotiate, and finalize offers within approved guidelines.

• Facilitate the transition to HR for background checks, credentialing, and onboarding.

• Provide updates on pipeline status and staffing advancements directly to the VP of Talent.

• Assist with on-site launch activities through occasional travel.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or sales.

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• Ability to manage a complete search process from sourcing to closing with minimal supervision.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Practical experience with Rippling and/or Indeed is preferred.

• Experience in recruiting for hourly or frontline positions is essential.

• Proven success in a target-driven recruiting or sales environment.

• Availability to work standard business hours across any U.S. time zone.

• Comfort with extensive video calls, phone screenings, reading, and typing.
