This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Coordinate and arrange intricate phone, video, and face-to-face interviews across various global time zones.
• Ensure thorough preparation for both candidates and hiring panels.
• Oversee the complete candidate journey, which includes organizing travel and addressing inquiries.
• Provide insightful solutions to scheduling issues.
• Facilitate global offer and onboarding procedures.
• Draft precise offer letters and update template databases accordingly.
• Initiate region-specific background checks in accordance with local laws.
• Maintain precise candidate and employee records using applicant tracking and human resources information systems.
• Support data integrity and reporting requirements.
• Act as a dedicated resource for new hires and hiring managers throughout the onboarding process.
• Promote continuous improvement in talent acquisition operations.
• Audit compliance standards, manage contract procurement, and engage in process optimization initiatives.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator.
• Reside in the Eastern Time Zone and capable of supporting across multiple time zones, including EMEA, the UK, and the US.
• Ability to prioritize several tasks effectively and manage complex logistics with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Capacity to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and discretion.
• Proficiency in standard office productivity tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email platforms.
• Preferred: Practical experience with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse.
• Preferred: Familiarity with human resources information systems, such as Workday.
• Preferred: Experience with data management or ticketing systems like Zendesk.
• Preferred: Understanding of global hiring practices, local employment compliance, and background check processes.
• Preferred: Proactive in identifying operational inefficiencies and engaging in process improvement initiatives.
