Recruiting & Active Search Consultant, Part-Time 50–80%

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Craft engaging and appropriately tailored job descriptions for clients.

• Oversee the complete candidate communication process, which includes screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone interviews or pitch calls.

• Formulate and execute recruiting and job posting strategies.

• Identify and reach out to potential candidates during active searches.

• Manage independent recruiting projects and create necessary project materials and documentation.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for hiring managers and recruiters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional university degree in business administration, psychology, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in a startup or fast-paced corporate environment, with a background in recruiting, HR, or project management roles.

• A structured, solution-focused, and process-oriented mindset, accompanied by strong organizational skills and empathy.

• Significant experience with recruiting software, preferably including contemporary AI solutions, LinkedIn, and Personio.

• Proficient in MS Office and, ideally, Google Docs, along with other Google Workspace productivity tools.

• Fluent in English, German, and French.

• Residing and working in Switzerland, possessing the necessary residence and work permits.
